Complex Care
COMPLEX CARE SERVICES IN CANTERBURY
Our CQC regulated services provide fully bespoke, flexible and holistic care solutions to adults with varying health needs.

Whether you have some experience of looking after a parent or loved one with complex care needs, or are organising specialist care for the first time, rest assured we'll handle every part of the process, so that you feel fully supported.
WHAT IS COMPLEX CARE?
Complex Care (also known as long-term continuous health care) encompasses all of the services of hourly Domiciliary Care and/or Live-in Care, but provides specialist support for patients with specific chronic health conditions, such as physical disabilities, gastrostomy feed needs, brain damage, end of life, or assistance, following a recent hospital discharge.
Our complex care services range from help with domestic tasks and companionship, to more hands on support such as medical administration or airway management.

Our trained carers work in constant collaboration with Local Authorities, Care Managers, GPs, District Nurses, Hospitals, Occupational Therapists, Physio Therapists and other health professionals as necessary, to ensure clients receive the very best treatment and care.

Equally, we work very closely with family members to put together an entirely unique person-centred care plan which is regularly reviewed and updated, in order to support their loved one's stay at home for as long as they may wish.
